EULA - End User License Agreement

License GrantMoveo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:Download and install the App on a personal mobile device.Use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.Access and manage charging sessions, payments, and your account.

RestrictionsYou may not:Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party.Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposesCircumvent any security or authentication features of the App.Interfere with servers, networks, or connected infrastructure.Use automated scripts to interact with the App.Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension, termination, and legal action.

Ownership & Intellectual PropertyThe App and all associated intellectual property (e.g., software code, design, branding, content) are owned or licensed by Moveo. The license granted to you does not convey any ownership rights.All trademarks and logos are the property of Moveo or its licensors.

Updates & ModificationsMoveo may provide updates, bug fixes, patches, or new features. These may:Be installed automatically or require manual updateModify or remove features temporarily or permanentlyYou agree to keep your app version up-to-date to ensure service compatibility.

PrivacyYour use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes:What personal data we collectHow we use and protect itYour rights and choicesBy using the App, you consent to our privacy practices.

TerminationThis EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate your access without notice if:You violate this AgreementImproper use of the applicationYour account is suspended or closedThe App is discontinuedYou may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the App from your device.Upon termination, all license rights automatically end and you must stop using the App.

No WarrantyThe App is provided "as is" and "as available". Moveo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:Fitness for a particular purposeNon-infringementContinuous or error-free performanceWe do not guarantee uninterrupted access, charging availability, or compatibility with all devices or OS versions.

Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Moveo shall not be liable for:Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.Loss of data, business, or opportunity.Any failure or delay due to technical issues, outages, or external services.Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for use of the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

App Store TermsThis EULA is between you and Moveo, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Georgia, and all disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate court of Georgia.

Entire AgreementThis EULA, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Moveo regarding the App and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
